Ascend Hospitality is an Australian family-owned business providing housekeeping services to Hotels in the Sydney Region. We are looking for dynamic team members to join our professional team.
The positions we hire for would suit someone who can work in fast paced environment and has car license (but not necessary). The role requires making bed, changing linen, vacuuming, and dusting. No experience is necessary, training will be provided.
(Previous cleaning experience an advantage)

We require casuals and part timers to fill in the positions. Students, parents who require flexibility due to school hours are encouraged to apply.
Shifts are allocated between 07:00am - 5:00 pm (5hour shifts or 7.5hour shifts).

- Houseperson
Assists the housekeeping team by working closely with room attendants and public area attendants to ensure the hotel is serviced to the required standards while attending to the needs of the guests.
Tasks include:
- Maintain linen and guest supplies on floors
- Maintain service areas and stock levels
- Respond to guest requests promptly
- Remove dirty linen and replace with fresh linen on floors
- Room Attendant
Servicing of assigned guest rooms and other areas as directed.
Tasks included:
- Servicing of vacant and occupied rooms as per the standard
- Completing allocated tasks in the allocated time
- Report any maintenance or security issues to supervisor or Executive Housekeeper
- Guest engagement as per the standard
- Collecting and returning any guest property left in vacated rooms
- Public Area Attendant
Service the public areas of the hotel to the required standard whilst attending to the needs of guests and the hotel.
Tasks include:
- Service hotel public areas to the required standard
- Use a checklist and sign off on areas completed
- Report any maintenance issues
- Respond to special requests
- Replenish guest supplies
